Bronze Wētā

These iconic insects of Aotearoa New Zealand are a cause of strife for many, but don't let that deceive you! These fully bronze sculptures capture the intricate and often-hidden details of our wētā in all their glory, showcasing a beauty that few people appreciate. Deisgned and crafted by Kenmore Auton, each wētā is engraved with a unique edition number so that you know you're getting a truly authentic piece of art.

These wētā statues come in 6 variations: cave, tree and giant, with male and female forms of each. Each statue weighs an average of 60 grams and are transported in purpose-built wooden boxes packed with wood wool to minimise movement during transit.
