Foliaceous Copper Earrings
Foliaceous Copper Earrings
Made in Tawa, Wellington, by nature enthusiast, Liz Bouda. Liz makes arty botanical style jewellery deeply tied to NZ flora, which is a huge passion for her. Before beginning a piece she studies the plant material for some time, taking myriad photos on her bush walks, viewing leaves under a microscope and reading up on the species - all so she can properly highlight the many interesting and amazing details of our flora.
These earrings are made from recycled copper. For Liz, using recycled copper feels like turning an earth element which may have had many prior uses into a piece of nature art to wear.
Due to the handmade nature of this product, items may differ slightly from the photographs.
This product is also available for purchase instore at Zealandia's gift shop.
