Kawakawa and Feijoa Za'atar

Apostle Hot Sauce is the creation of Lydia and Mat, from Paekākāriki, Wellington. They have a passion for local ingredients and refuse to use any artificial colours, preservatives, flavours or thickeners. Instead, they rely on fresh ingredients to create their vibrant range of sauces and seasonings. 

The Kawakawa and Feijoa Za'atar is a delicate blend of traditional Palestinian ingredients with the tangy, numbing local flavours of kawakawa and feijoa. Serve with olive oil & flatbread, swirl through hummus or sprinkle over roasted chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients

Toasted sesame, oregano, feijoa (8%), sumac, kawakawa (5%), coriander, cumin, thyme, chilli, fennel, carraway. Contains sesame.
