Apostle Hot Sauce is the creation of Lydia and Mat, from Paekākāriki, Wellington. They have a passion for local ingredients and refuse to use any artificial colours, preservatives, flavours or thickeners. Instead, they rely on fresh ingredients to create their vibrant range of sauces. 

Apostle have paired up with the team at Duncan’s Brewing Co. for a limited edition, vibrant charred sweetcorn salsa bursting with juicy pineapple and tangy passionfruit with fermented habanero for an irresistible fruity heat. Perfect with grilled seafood, barbecued chicken or your favourite tacos.

In the spirit of Isidore, $1 from every bottle sold goes directly to charitable community farms around Aotearoa to help promote food security, regenerative farming practices and to make sure everyone has access to ecologically friendly, locally grown kai feeding those in communities of need.
